Orlando Pirates chairman Dr Ivan Khoza held a press briefing on Monday morning, following the hooliganism showed by Bucs supporters after their team where humiliated with a 6-0 defeat at the hands of Mamelodi Sundowns at Loftus stadium.
Dr Khoza had no choice but to respond, as Bucs fans have been demanding for a new coach, that can guide the club to success. As expected, Khoza responded positively as he promised that, by next week, the club will have a head coach.
Now this then take us back to the point raised by Teko Modise, when he said supporters deserve to be recognised. Let's hope that some of the other teams in the PSL won't hesitate respond to their supporters, because we don't want to experience violence in our beautiful game again.
Furthermore, it's not a favourable scenario, knowing that around the world's biggest clubs also have their differences, but they don't vandalize. Instead they show they anger in a different way.
Having said that, what do you make of Bucs' supporters act?
