Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Sphelele Mkhulise has given his thoughts on Bongani Zungu joining AmaZulu, as the Tshwane giants prepare to take on Usuthu before Christmas.
Usuthu announced the signing of Zungu last week, a big signing for the club as they look to keep climbing up the Betway Premiership table.

Zungu parted ways with Sundowns at the end of last season and has been a free agent since, despite being linked to big clubs such as Orlando Pirates, Kaizer Chiefs and Moroccan giants Wydad Casablanca.
Zungu is expected to add valuable experience at Usuthu, but is unlikely to make his debut against Sundowns at Moses Mabhida Stadium tomorrow.
"Bongani is a very good player and we all know that he is a good player. He will add value to AmaZulu, so we need to be aware and be ready for anything because we don't know if he will play or won't play.
"We know that there is something he can do on the day (if given a chance)," Mkhulise said via Sundowns' media department.

Sundowns have an opportunity to cement top spot in their final two matches of 2024, starting with the clash against Usuthu. They will then face Richards Bay at King Goodwill Zwelithini Stadium on Saturday.
"We are expecting a difficult game because they want points and they are playing at home, so it won't be an easy game. They have good players and they have been playing well, but unfortunately sometimes they have not been getting results."
