His goal against the Tunisian outfit was the 145th successful headed effort of his career, surpassing the previous best of 144 held by legendary German forward Gerd Muller.
Ronaldo and Al Nassr will be in action against Egyptian giants Zamalek on Thursday as supporters wait to find out whether or not new signing Sadio Mane will feature.
