FC Barcelona manager Ronald Koeman has sent a message to the Blaugrana board after their recent comments about selling Lionel Messi.
Interim president Carlos Tusquets recently claimed the club should have sold the six-time Ballon d'Or winner before the start of the season.
However, Koeman believes comments of that nature do not help the club and only Messi should speak on his future.
"We know the situation with Leo," Koeman said, as per Goal.
"If there is someone who can say, it is Leo himself, the comments from outside do not interest me.

"If we make them within the club they do not help us to have peace of mind to do our work. We cannot control the comments from the outside, from the inside it is different."
When asked directly about Tusquets' comments, Koeman added, "I respect opinions, but Messi must decide his future and I don't like comments in that sense."
