Los Blancos are planning one of the biggest transfer windows in history, according to the Independent. The report claims Real officials met with Paris Saint-Germain representatives on Tuesday to exchange "usual pleasantries".
It is uncertain, yet doubtful, whether Neymar was on the agenda of the official meeting, but the Independent claims Real's bosses are confident they can sign Neymar in the coming transfer window.
Real, who are understood to be also in the market for a new goalkeeper, are reportedly prepared to sell Keylor Navas, injury-prone Gareth Bale, Karim Benzema and Luka Modric.
Benzema turned 30 in December, while Modric will be 33 in September and the club's leadership feel they could cash in on the pair after the season before their price-tags will fall too much.
They are also prepared to sell Navas in order to lure a new shot stopper to the Santigo Bernabeu, while Bale after being on the sidelines more than on the pitch.
