The upcoming Italian top-flight season is set to kick off on 19 September, but that could still change due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Ronaldo and his Bianconeri teammates have been pictured back in training ahead of the new season, though, as has new Bianconeri boss Pirlo, who replaced Maurizio Sarri after the team were knocked out of the 2019/20 edition of the UEFA Champions League.
There has been a lot of speculation surrounding Ronaldo's future in Italy, although recent reports suggest that Pirlo is looking to build his project around the former Real Madrid striker.
