AS Monaco have been the surprise package this year and are about to lift their first French league title since 2000.
Leonardo Jardim's young side just need one more point out of their final two games to end Paris Saint-Germain's four-year spell atop of Ligue 1.
The young side impressed through superb attacking football, netting 102 goals in 36 games so far and consequently, six of Monaco's players made the Team of the Season.

However, PSG forward, Edinson Cavani, lifted the Player of the Season award after netting 35 league goals to date.
Monaco sensation Kylian Mbappe was named Young Player of the season, following his breakthrough campaign with 14 goals and 11 assists.

Jardim ran away with the Coach of the Year award, while Chelsea star, N'Golo Kante, was named the Best French Player in a foreign league.
