In PSG's match against Lyon on Sunday night, Cavani and Neymar appeared to clash more than once over a dead-ball situation, with some reports even claiming that their spat continued long after the Ligue 1 clash was over.
However, the Uruguayan has since insisted there are no issues between himself and the former FC Barcelona attacker.
"These are things pinned up. I do not know why we create all these stories. The truth is that these are normal things that happen in football," Cavani told Gol de Medianoche.
"I heard about it when I talked to my brother, that people say that Cavani does not let penalties go or that there is a problem with Neymar.
"The truth is that there is no problem. Neymar has just arrived. He will surely be seen more and more. We, as I said from the beginning, have all the good will to adapt to the best.
"I think we found that it was adapting quickly."
