Paris Saint-Germain star Dani Alves has hit back at Diego Forlan's recent comments on the Neymar and Edinson Cavani ordeal.
Cavani Talks About His Penalty Dispute With Neymar
The former Manchester United striker backed his countryman Cavani after his recent spat with Neymar, insisting it also did not make sense that Dani Alves got involved.
Alves was seen taking the ball away from the two attackers as if he was going to take the free-kick, only for him to slip the ball to Neymar.
Forlan felt that the situation was not fair on his former international teammate Cavani, but Alves now responded to his comments on Twitter.
No sé que partido vieron ustedes pero para vuestra información no quite balón a ningún compañero, al revés a mi me quitaron! ?? https://t.co/1L1wALowQU

His first tweet translates to: "I don't know what game you all saw but I did not take the ball away from my teammate they took it from me."
Y también para vuestros datos el último gol de falta de Psg lo hice yo.... así que cierren el orto y dejar de hacer polémica con mi nombre. https://t.co/1L1wALowQU

Alves' second tweet reads: "And just so you know, the last PSG free kick goal was scored by me... so shut your mouth and stop using my name for controversy."
Alves Comments On Neymar-Cavani Row
Alves did indeed score PSG's only free kick goal this season, when he netted against Monaco in the French Super Cup win.
