Toure's agent, Dimitri Seluk, recently hit out at Guardiola, who seems likely to take over from Manuel Pellegrini after the season.
Seluk confirmed that his client won't leave the Citizens during the January transfer window, but admitted things could change quickly after the season.
"In January, he does not move, but in summer everything can change. We are ready to listen to each proposal that will come to our table," he told reporters.
Toure was reportedly close to reuniting with former boss Roberto Mancini at Inter before the season and it has been suggested that the Serie club could chase the 32-year-old again.
