According to Calciomercato, the Italian giants have decided against signing the forward at the end of the current campaign, which would see Balotelli return to Liverpool.
The Rossoneri are reportedly unimpressed with the striker's displays, despite the player suffering a lengthy injury lay-off.
At the beginning of the season, Milan gave Balotelli a chance to redeem his career after a terrible 2014/15 campaign with Liverpool, and even toyed with the idea of making his move permanent if his performances warranted it.
The 26-year-old has scored just twice in 10 matches since joining the Milan club on loan. However, if his form does improve, they may yet change their mind.

Balotelli endured a tough 2014/15 in Merseyside, finding the back of the net just four times in 28 matches for the Premier League club.
