According to Don Balon, the Red Devils are lining up a move for Barca goalkeeper Claudio Bravo in the event that David de Gea leaves the club at the end of the season.
The Chilean international has been the preferred No. 1 at the Catalan club in La Liga since his arrival, limiting Marc-Andre ter Stegen to UEFA Champions League and cup matches.
United have reportedly kept a watchful eye on Bravo, while it has been rumoured that De Gea is still being chased by Real Madrid.
The Spaniard was close to signing for Los Blancos at the beginning of the season, but the deal fell through in the last few minutes of deadline day.
Bravo reportedly has a release clause of just £11.3 million, and has apparently also gained the interest of United's crosstown rivals Manchester City.

The goalkeeper has played 19 matches this season for the Blaugrana, keeping 12 clean sheets.
