Courtois has put on some great displays for the Blues, and has often come to their rescue, but could be sacrificed if a big offer is made.
With a UEFA Champions League spot looking unlikely for last season's league champions, Chelsea could struggle to hold on to a few other players too.
Hazard has registered just one goal in 31 appearances this season, while Oscar has scored eight times in 28 matches for the Blues.

Courtois has been a regular between the sticks since returning from a lengthy injury lay-off, but has kept just five clean sheets in 17 matches across all competitions this campaign.
