Belgium international Romelu Lukaku was shown the door by Mourinho back in 2014, after the pair worked together at Chelsea. The striker was sold for £30 million (R492 million) at the time, but has now established himself as one of the Premier League's deadliest frontmen.
Another player who made the list is Manchester City and Belgium playmaker Kevin De Bruyne. The midfielder left Chelsea in 2012 after being sent out on loan to Genk and then Werder Bremen. The 25-year-old produced some impressive performances for Wolfsburg in the Bundesliga before joining Manchester City.
African superstar Mohamed Salah is a player who sadly did not get much backing from the manager, despite Mourinho being the one who bought him. The Egyptian struggled for game time at Chelsea and was quickly shipped off to Fiorentina on loan. After a season in Serie A, the winger was sold to Roma, where he has blossomed into a player many clubs would be keen to have.
Other stars mentioned in the list are Leonardo Bonucci, Ryan Bertrand, Juan Mata, David Luiz, Oriol Romeu, Arjen Robben, Fillipe Luis and Ezequiel Garay.
