According to Sport in Spain, reports revealed that Raphinha was the latest target to be tempted to join the Saudi Pro League after Al Hilal reportedly offered a four-year contract worth $200 million (R3.7 billion).
Additionally, the club will reportedly offer the Blaugrana a whopping $114 million (R2.1 billion) to secure Raphinha's services.
Sport also reported that the Barcelona board is aware of the offer from Neymar's ex-side but has intentions to keep the player beyond his current contract, which runs until 2027.
The ex-Leeds forward is happy in Spain and he does not want to leave the Catalan side as he pushes to win major trophies.
Despite both parties keen for the player to stay in Spain, contract negotiations have come to a standstill.
Raphinha would be hoping to receive a new contract worthy of reflecting his impressive performances this season.
