Glasgow Rangers 0-2 Slavia Prague (1-3 agg.)

Bongani Zungu came on in the last eight minutes as Glasgow Rangers bowed out of the UEFA Europa League to Slavia Prague on Thursday evening.

Rangers, who played to a 1-1 draw in the first-leg, played the rest of the match with nine men with Kemar Roofe and Leon Balogun dismissed late in the second stanza.

Nigerian Peter Olayinka put visitors in front early in the second half before Nicolae Stanciu netted the second towards the end to see his through 3-1 on aggregate.

Villarreal 2-0 FC Dynamo Kyiv (4-0 agg.)

Villarreal advanced to the quarter-finals as a 2-0 win over Dynamo Kyiv at the La Ceramica ensured a 4-0 aggregate victory.

Both goals of the evening came in the first half through forward and talisman Gerard Moreno, as the Ukrainian powerhouse exit the tournament.

Young Boys FC 0-2 Ajax Amsterdam (0-5 agg.)

Ajax Amsterdam also had booked a spot in the quarter-finals of the Europa League after recording a 5-0 win over two-legs against Young Boys.

The Dutch giants headed to the halftime break in front courtesy of David Neres before a penalty early in the second half from Dusan Tadic put the result to bed.

Arsenal 0-1 Olympiakos (2-3 agg.)

Arsenal advanced to the quarter-finals for the third time in four seasons despite suffering a 1-0 loss to Olympiakos in the second leg.

The Gunners gave themselves a good cushion in the first leg after winning 3-1 last week, but Mikel Arteta still went with a strong side that included that included the returning Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Olympiakos got back in to the contest after Youssef El-Arabi opened the scoring on 51 minutes to make to make it 3-2 on aggregate, but the Premier League side held out to advance to the next round.

Dinamo Zagreb 3-0 Tottenham Hotspur (3-2 agg.)

Tottenham Hotspur were dumped out of the competition after throwing away a 2-0 lead on Thursday night.

Mourinho's men held a 2-0 lead from the first leg, but were in trouble when Mislav Orsic bagged a second-half brace to send the clash to extra-time.

Orsic had the final say as he completed his hat-trick in the 106th minute to send Zagreb to the quarter-finals.

Shakhtar Dontesk 1-2 AS Roma (1-5 agg.)

AS Roma booked their spot in the last eight after defeating Shakhtar Donestk 2-1 in the second leg.

The Italians already had one foot in the last eight after claiming a 4-1 win in the first leg last week.

Roma made sure of the result in the second leg, with a brace from the visitors' Borja Mayoral cancelling out Junio Moraes' solitary strike.

Molde 2-1 Granada (2-3 agg.)

Granada kept their Europa campaign alive despite a 2-1 loss away to Molde on Thursday evening,

With the first leg ending 2-0 in favour of the LaLiga side, it was Molde who opened the scoring through Vallejo's own goal on 29 minutes.

Roberto Soldado restored parity for Granada on 72 minutes with a vital away goal and while Erik Hestad pulled another goal back for Molde, it was not enough to stop the visitors from advancing.
