Tottenham Hotspur boosted their chances of reaching the knockout stages of the UEFA Europa League after thumping Ludogorets 4-0 in Group J on Thursday evening.
Spurs manager Jose Mourinho switched up his line-up altogether from the win over Manchester City, with only Tanguy Ndombele keeping his place in the line-up, Gareth Bale starting while Harry Kane and Son Heung-Min were on the bench.
Carlos Vinicius gave Spurs the lead in the 16th minute with a composed finish past goalkeeper Plamen Iliev after a deflected through ball from Dele Alli sent him clear on goal.
Ben Davies came close to making it 2-0 for Spurs in the 33rd minute with a volleyed strike on the left side of the box that crashed the frame of the goal on the near side.
Vinicius eventually doubled the lead for the Lilywhites a minute later with a tap-in after an unselfish square pass from Alli to complete his brace.
Spurs continued to put Ludogorets under pressure after from the break and Bale should have added a third goal just before the hour-mark after a headed pass across by Matt Doherty sent him one-on-one with Iliev, but the Welsh forward was denied by the Bulgarian goalkeeper.
Harry Winks eventually got the third goal for Mourinho's charges in the 63rd minute with an ambitious strike from 40 yards that sailed in off the underside of the post.
Ten minutes later, Lucas Moura got in the act for Spurs with a curling strike into the top corner after he was teed up by Vinicius.
Despite squanderign a couple late chances, the 4-0 win was enough in the end as the Lilywhites moved level on points with leaders Antwerp but have to settle for second spot on a head-to-head rule.
