Tottenham will travel to Austria for their first leg when they take on Wolfsberger, while Arsenal take on Portuguese giants SL Benfica.
Leicester City will take on Slavia Praha, the team responsible for knocking out record tournament winners Sevilla in 2019.
All matches will take place in February 2021.
