Moments after putting in a Man of the Match performance to lead Chelsea to the UEFA Europa League trophy, Eden Hazard revealed that he wants to leave the Blues.

The Belgian scored two goals and assisted another as Chelsea thumped Arsenal 4-1 in the Europa League final after running riot in the second half.
Hazard, who has just one year left on his Chelsea contract, has been linked with a move to Real Madrid in recent months, with reports suggesting he would join Los Blancos soon after the Europa League final.
On Wednesday night, he was being interviewed pitch-side when he confirmed he wants to leave Stamford Bridge, but did not reveal his new club, saying both sides still need to agree full terms.
"I think it's a goodbye, but in football you never know," he told BT Sport.
"I think it will be decided in a few days. I made my decision already. I said it two weeks ago.
"Now it depends on the clubs, both clubs. I am just waiting. You will see, you will know in a couple of days.
"My dream was to play in the Premier League. I played here for seven years for one of the biggest clubs in the world, and maybe it's time for a new challenge."

Hazard has made 352 appearances for the Blues to date, scoring 110 goals and assisting another 92 strikes to help the club lift six titles since his arrival in 2012.
