Arsenal are reportedly keen on signing former Real Madrid forward Gonzalo Higuain from Napoli for fee believed to be around €47 million.

The Argentine was a hot transfer target for Arsene Wenger's side in 2013, but Higuain instead chose to join Italian side, Napoli, from Los Blancos.
Rumours have surfaced, claiming that the 27-year-old 2014 World Cup finalist is unhappy at his Italian side, as they have regularly struggled in the UEFA Champions League.
Arsenal have been named the firm favourites in the race for the star's signature, with the club reportedly believing that he would be a great addition to their attacking force.
This season, Higuain has scored 23 times, while he's assisted seven goals for his Napoli teammates in 44 games.

Higuain was more than handy in his time at Real Madrid, scoring 122 times in 264 games for Los Blancos, before his big-money move to Italy.
