The Spaniard and Manchester City lost 2-0 to Tottenham Hotspur on the weekend, a prestigious win that saw Mauricio Pochettino enter an illustrious club of Guardiola's rivals.

The win cut Spurs' deficit on the Premier League leaders to just one point, and it was Pochettino's second triumph over his rival manager.

Overall, the Argentine has played Guardiola 10 times, winning his only contest as Spurs coach, while beating Pep just once as manager of Espanyol, losing five times and drawing thrice.

Other managers who have beaten Guardiola at least twice include Markus Weinzierl (two wins, five defeats), Manuel Pellegrini (two wins, one draw, eight defeats), Dieter Hecking (two wins, six defeats) and Arsene Wenger (two wins, two draws, four defeats).

While Carlo Ancelotti is the only boss with a 100% record against the Spaniard (two wins in two games), Jose Mourinho and Jurgen Klopp are the only two managers who have beaten Guardiola more than twice.
