Although he made a name for himself in Spain with Atletico Madrid, the striker undoubtedly enjoyed his best form with Liverpool, whom he joined in 2007 and spent four years playing for.
It was at the Reds where Torres became one of the most unplayable strikers in the world, before he moved to Chelsea in 2011 and later spent a loan spell at AC Milan.

Torres returned to Atletico Madrid permanently in 2016, before taking his career to Japan. Having played with some big names at some big clubs, the Spaniard has no doubt that Liverpool legend Steven Gerard is the best teammate he has ever had.
"The best player I played with is Steven Gerrard," he said, according to the Irish Independent.
"I found he was the player who completed my game. I think my level got into a different dimension when I was on the pitch with him.
"It was an amazing three and a half years playing alongside Steven, and I would love to go back to those days – even for one minute."
