Bayern Munich superstar Robert Lewandowski has addressed the rumours linking him with Spanish giants Real Madrid.
Reports: World-Class Striker Wants Real Madrid Move
The 29-year-old, who is contracted to the Bavarian side until 2021, was thought to be pushing for a move to LaLiga, and according to various media houses, one of the striker's agents had claimed that talks with the Spanish club had taken place.
However, in a recent press conference, Lewandowski rubbished reports linking him with Los Blancos.
"I know the situation really well because every year we have this speculation," Lewandowski said, according to Marca.
"I have to say I'm not interested in these rumours. I don't have anything to say on speculation nor rumours."
The Poland international was also asked if he wanted interim boss Jupp Heynckes to stay on as coach.
"At the end of the day, Jupp has to decide what he wants to do," Lewandowski added.
"He has already shown what he can do with this team. We have to respect his decision. I don't have a bad word to say about Jupp – I like him."
