What's the story?
In what appears to be part and parcel of a footballer's look, many footballers choose to get inked up over the course of their playing careers.
When it comes to players abroad, figures such as David Beckham, Daniel Agger and Gregory van der Wiel have been known to be some of the most heavily inked footballers over time. Back in South Africa, a number of PSL ballers have switched up their looks by means of continuously getting tattooed.
Take Hlompho Kekana for one, the midfield stalwart took to his social media pages recently, where he showcased a massive CAF Champions League tattoo, which was presumably done on his right calf muscle.
Straight To The Head
The exciting duo of Keagan Buchanan and Mthokozisi took it up a notch with regards to their body art. Known for being quite heavily inked themselves, both stars have had tattoos done on their heads.
For Thembinkosi Lorch, the Orlando Pirates man is no shy figure in showing off the eye-catching work done on his upper body, namely his chest and arms. The skilful star's fellow midfielder, Thabang Monare recently revealed his wolf and shining moon tattoo that was done on his left arm.
Special Tatts
Former Marumo Gallants coach Dylan Kerr is another footy figure who loves getting his body inked up, however, he takes a more heartfelt approach. With Maruma Gallants formerly known as Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila, Kerr had the club's old logo done on his leg.
The former Ex-Leeds United left-back has inked his successes with clubs on his body that includes a Black Leopards tattoo on his calf.
