Paris Saint-Germain right back Dani Alves is known for his flair and charisma on and off the field, and while he likes to push forward a lot, he ended up in a position no one would have expected in a game on Tuesday night. Did you see where he landed up on the field?
The Brazilian, who joined the club from Juventus at the beginning of this season as a free agent, has been a regular for the French outfit this season, making 26 appearances across all competitions so far.
While the majority of those fixtures saw him feature in his normal fullback/wing-back role, on Tuesday night he ended the game sporting gloves and a red jersey after goalkeeper Kevin Trapp saw red.

Alves only featured in goal for roughly a minute as Les Parisiens marched to a 4-1 win over Sochaux in the Coupe de France, with Angel Di Maria netting a hat-trick.
Alves also took to Instagram after the match to react to his exploits in goal, with the caption loosely translating to: "What a keeper he saw."
Do you think Alves would make a good back-up goalkeeper?
