The story
Usuthu's Sinenjabulo Zungu-Ntuli is giving back to her former school, St Mary's DSG Kloof in Durban by spearheading the development of a Sports Hub that will be named after her.
St Mary's Diocesan School for Girls, one of the leading private boarding and day school for girls in the country, announced the news of the 'Sinenjabulo Zungu Sports Hub' project on their social media pages.
The school is in the suburb of Kloof, around 25km away from Durban's city centre and had MaZungu as a student from 1999 until her Matric year in 2005.
In announcing the project, St Mary's revealed that it will commence in early 2025 and will replace their current Sports office.
"The construction of the new Sports Hub, which includes changerooms, sports offices, a viewing deck and entertainment facilities, was made possible by the generosity of the Zungu family and Old Girl, Sinenjabulo Zungu-Ntuli," wrote the school in the caption to their Instagram post.
Along with writing a sterling testimony on the type of dedicated student Zungu-Ntuli was during her time at the school, they also shared what appear to be AI images of what the Sports Hub will look like upon completion.

Zungu-Ntuli replied to the news of the Sports Hub development by resharing the post on IG and writing: "I am so so proud to be a part of this beautiful project. What an honour."
