The Siya crew has been led to believe that Chippa United would be open to the return of a defender who joined Mamelodi Sundowns last season.
Sundowns are already in the process of building a squad for next season and some of the players need to make way for new faces expected to arrive at the club.

One of the players who looks set to make an exit, possibly on loan, is right back Zuko Mdunyelwa, who officially joined the Tshwane giants when the 2024 January transfer window opened from the Chilli Boys.
While he got some game time last season under Rulani Mokwena, it's been challenging for him this season and indications are that the Eastern Cape outfit are open to having the player back, should an opportunity to sign him be presented.
Mdunyelwa has seen little action this season, first under Manqoba Mngqithi and then Miguel Cardoso, who has been preferring Khuliso Mudau or Thapelo Morena at right back. In total, Mdunyelwa has made seven appearances in all competitions, with one assist to his name. Last season, he made 12 appearances after joining in January.

A loan move is almost certain for the player when the transfer window opens in a few months and it appears the Chilli Boys are the favourites to have him on board, though there could be more interest as time goes by.
