The story
As one of Zimbabwe's greatest football exports, Khama Billiat is thriving in his home nation since returning in February last year to play for top flight side, Yadah FC.
Billiat had the red carpet rolled out for him upon his return home. Not only did he became the highest earner in the Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League, he also repaid the faith of Yadah FC's owners with solid return of 13 goals and 11 assists last season.
Having signed with Scottland FC, where he's reportedly earning double from what he made at Yadah, Billiat is basking in the brand deals.
The ex-Masandawana star has also improved his brand by boldly reversing his international retirement decision. Under the tutelage of Michael Nees, Khama played a crucial role in helping the Warriors qualify for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
Billiat has been roped in to do campaigns for DStv Zim, a solvent cement company Avelion Trading and Sun Soya cooking oil.
