On Saturday evening, the Green Eagles became the first side to inflict defeat on Masandawana since he was appointed as head coach in December.
The result gives the Moroccan champions a chance at potentially qualifying for the CAF Champions League knockout stages, as they are only a point behind the South African side and four points behind Group B table toppers AS FAR Rabat.
While the result could prove to be a turning point for the club and their continental aspirations, it seems that not all is well among the Raja chiefs.
After the victory over Ka Bo Yellow, it is alleged that the executive committee of the North African giants held a meeting to discuss the way forward. According to Le Site Info Sports, it is expected that president Adel Hala will announce his resignation from the three-time African champions.
Last season, Raja went their entire domestic campaign without suffering a defeat. This historic run was under the administration of Mohamed Boudrika, but after the 2023/24 campaign concluded, he was arrested and consequently forced to step down as club president.
His successor, Hala, has overseen a dramatic decline in form since taking charge. The club has already fired two managers and is currently 16 points behind Botola Pro Inwi table toppers RS Berkane.

This has seen him come under intense scrutiny, with Raja fans even displaying a tifo that read "The Purge" before their match against Sundowns. The same report claims that an official statement from the club is expected to confirm Hala's decision to vacate his position.
