The story
Described as a wayward baller by many for his disciplinary issues throughout his career, Masibusane Zongo failed to reach the heights that matched his talent.
The skillful midfielder, now without a club at 34, came through the ranks at the University of Pretoria (TUKS) and SuperSport United before breaking through at the latter and had short stints with Bidvest Wits, Platinum Stars as well as Chippa United.
On social media this week, a number of videos of Zongo at his devastating best have been circulated by supporters.
One of the compilation videos shared sees the Mthatha-born baller terrorising the Kaizer Chiefs defenders during his days at Matsatsantsa.
