The story

Orlando Pirates has unveiled a teaser video showcasing their new home kit for the 2024/25 season.

Following a recent leak on social media, fans got excited about the black kit with red accents, with many hoping it would indeed be the official jersey for the upcoming season.

The Buccaneers and adidas went for a more experimental design by collaborating with Thebe Magugu for last season's offerings. For the 2024/25 campaign, the Bucs Home kit follows a more traditional path.

The look of the new Pirates Home kit follows the designs from adidas' Teamwear collection and uses the Tiro 24 Comp M template, which is seen on adidas' National team kits for Spain, Belgium, Hungary and Belgium.

Pirates' adidas kit uses red accents on the round-neck collar, the cuffs and with two slits on opposing sides in the front of jersey, it matches perfectly with the red Vodacom logo.
