Orlando Pirates star Vincent Pule will be hoping to emulate his teammate Monnapule Saleng as he looks to make a strong comeback, and that's an indication given by those close to the club.

Prior to that, the 32-year-old had a difficult season due to injury that delayed his progress at the Soweto giants although he did feature against Stellenbosch FC in the last game of 2023.

The attack-minded player has been working hard in training to increase his chances of more game time for a good finish to the season.
The ex-Bidvest Wits star came on as a substitute in the Nedbank Cup Last 32 match against third tier outfit Crystal Lake in February and appeared to have regained his confidence and fitness.

In July last year, it was confirmed by Pirates that Pule signed a two-year contract extension to keep him at the club until at least 2025 plus an option to further extend his deal for one more year.
