TP Mazembe head coach Lamine N'diaye has sent a message to the doubters after side defeated Mamelodi Sundowns, who he described as the best in Africa.
The Congolese giants got their first win in the CAF Champions League group stages with a 1-0 triumph over the Brazilians in Lubumbashi.

Mazembe started the campaign with a 1-0 defeat to Pyramids last weekend, but bounced against the best at the moment, according to N'diaye.
"We were keen to take points, some didn't really believe in it, and in the back of our minds we knew that we would have a chance in this match because it was going to be very difficult," N'Diaye said, as per FOOTDRC.
"[Sundowns] is the best team at the moment and they are full of confidence… We believed in it and we were rewarded in the second half, the boys are to be congratulated".
"Don't be afraid, play and try to excite the audience. I think the public liked the commitment of the players on the pitch. "
"I think that with their help they were overexcited, and at times we recovered a lot of the ball. With more lucidity, we would have done better...
"We asked for commitment, combativeness and not forgetting any players, but on the other hand it was a great team. They are not winners of the African League by chance."
