Despite having recently arrived in the Saudi Pro League, Neymar has reportedly already plotted his exit strategy and has identified his next club.

This past off-season, the Brazilian superstar bid farewell to Paris Saint-Germain as he completed a lucrative move to Middle East giants Al Hilal.
The Blue Wave paid Les Parisiens €90 million (R1.8 billion) for the 31-year-old, and while it was initially suggested that the Mogi das Cruzes native had signed a four-year deal in Riyadh, it has now come to light that it is, in fact, a two-year contract that he has inked.
The reason for this, according to Brazilian journalist Ademir Quintino, is that the Selecao's all-time top goalscorer plans to go back to his former club Santos in 2025.
Quintino said on his social media channels, as per Goal: "During conversations with friends of Neymar Senior and Neymar Junior, I received the information that they did not sign a four-year contract with the Saudis but rather a two-year contract so he can return (to Santos) a year before the World Cup.
"Neymar approached Santos and asked to return. I have friends in common with Neymar, whom I will not name, but he has a very strong desire to return to Santos."
Neymar has made it known that he one day wishes to return to his boyhood club, and it now appears that he believes returning a year prior to the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which will be hosted in north and central America, is the best time to do so.

Football's biggest prize is the one trophy that has eluded the former Barcelona star so far in his career, and once the contest arrives in Mexico, Canada and the United States of America, he will be hoping he can finally get his hands on it.
