What's the story?

The artist painted a picture of the ex-Swallows baller representing the Glamour Boys at the beginning of the season.

Let's take a closer look at the art...
Matlou's artwork
Making only 12 league appearances for the Glamour Boys in the league so far, it's been a rather underwhelming first term at the Glamour Boys for Matlou, but the baller isn't letting his on-pitch inconsistencies stop him from celebrating his debut season at the club.
The midfield talent commissioned an artwork from Brino, the same artist who's done work for SuperSport United veterans Thulani Hlatshwayo and Thamsanqa Gabuza.

Matlou got a picture of him in Chiefs colours painted on canvas by the local football-loving artist. Brino took to IG to share a post of his client, Matlou, holding the finished piece:
Brino has also cooked up something tasty for Orlando Pirates midfielder Makhehlene Makhaula, painting portraits of the 33-year-old in the team's he's balled out for in his career so far; AmaZulu, Free State Stars and Highlands Park.
