Spanish giants Barcelona are reportedly in advanced talks to sign these three players ahead of next season.
Check Out: Xavi: I Will Leave Barcelona When...
On Tuesday, president Joan Laporta publicly declared that the Catalan club has outlined a plan to sign a striker, a right-back and a centre-back for the 2023/24 campaign.
Finances might be an issue for the Blaugrana following recent comments made by LaLiga chief Javier Tebas, although that has not stopped the board from having discussions with potential targets.
Here are three players Barcelona are reportedly in advanced talks to sign:
According to Sport, 18-year-old Brazilian forward Vitor Roque, currently on the books of Athletico Paranaense, has emerged as a realistic option for Xavi Hernandez's side.
In order to lure the teenager to Spain, Barcelona are likely to sanction the sale of one or two attacking players in the coming transfer window, as per the report.
The right-back role has seemingly been an issue for the LaLiga leaders under Xavi, with several players having featured in that position in his 75 matches in charge, including Hector Bellerin, Ronald Araujo, Sergi Roberto and Jules Kounde.
Villarreal and Argentina international Juan Foyth, formerly of Tottenham Hotspur, is said to be admired by the club, with conversations between the two parties already believed to be had.
It is claimed Villarreal are not willing to budge on the significant price tag they have slapped on the 25-year-old's head, though, which could force Barcelona to explore alternative options.
At centre-back, Athletic Bilbao's Inigo Martinez is reportedly willing to run his contract down and make the switch to the Camp Nou as a free agent at the end of the season.
