On Monday, the French giants announced that the 31-year-old's latest ankle injury will leave him unavailable for selection until the end of the campaign, with Neymar expected to undergo surgery in Doha in the coming days.
This will be yet another long-term spell on the sidelines the former Barcelona man is set to experience, having previously suffered similar knocks that have kept him out for months at a time.
Neymar has since taken to Twitter to relay his thoughts after learning of his newest injury, saying: "I will come back stronger."
