The design of the boots take design inspiration from the Al Rihla official ball for the highly-anticipated showpiece.

Hlatshwayo was pictured with the white "Predator Edge' boots.
The boots form part of the Al Rihla boot collection that has three designs, the other two being the 'X Speedportal' and 'COPA Sense' boots.
The other two boots are predominantly baby blue and black respectively and all three have bright multi-coloured hues that also feature on the official Al Rihla World Cup match ball.
As mentioned by Goal, the Arabic phrase Al Rihla translates to 'the journey', and it represents the hard work and commitment each national team made to qualify for the end-of-year spectacle in Qatar.
Here's how Adidas described the R5 499 boots:
"On top, a laceless Zone Skin upper includes discrete ribbed sections, each excelling at a different type of boot-to-ball contact. Underneath, a Power Facet diverts weight to the forefoot for fierce strikes. The adaptive adidas PRIMEKNIT collar locks you in while you establish control."
