This morning the Siya crew broke the news that Khama Billiat had cracked the nod for a trial at a big Russian club. We can now confirm that Mickey Paiva is the South African-based agent who has made this trial happen.
Speaking to Soccer-Laduma Paiva said, "I want to thank Ajax Cape Town for the professional way they have gone about their business with Khama (Billiat) and allowing him to take this opportunity.

"I also want to say thank you to his agent Edzai Kasinauyo for collaborating on Khama. I can confirm that after sending Lokomotiv Moscow a DVD of Billiat, they were very impressed and the technical team requested that he join them for five days to assess him further.
"Khama will fly out this evening and join up with the team in Slovenia. The Russian club are paying for his flight over which is an indication with how serious they are about him. He is a hugely talented player and this is a massive opportunity for him, and we wish him all the best with his trial. I will keep you informed as to his progress."

Lokomotiv are a massive club in Russia, with some big names having come through their ranks over the years. The late Jacob Lekgetho is the only South African player to have made the switch from the PSL to Lokomotiv, and was a hit in Russia.
Other notable African players who have played for Lokomotiv include Peter Odemwingie and Andre Bikey, while Nigeria's Victor Obinna is currently at the Russian club.
