Kaizer Chiefs And Orlando Pirates Legends End In Draw

Soweto giants Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates legends played to a 1-1 draw at the Oppenheimer (Orkney) Stadium in a friendly match in remembrance of the 1991 stadium stampede at the same venue on Sunday afternoon. With a crowd of about 4 000 people in attendance, the entertaining affair saw the Buccaneers take control of the first half that led to Benedict 'Tso' Vilakazi finding the back of the net for the Ghost as they went into the half time break leading 1-0. The Amakhosi came back strongly in second stanza and were awarded a penalty which was converted by current development coach Ace Khuse who came on from the bench.
