Mamelodi Sundowns stars Peter Shalulile and Andile Jali were the big winner at the Premier Soccer League awards on Sunday night.

The 2021/22 season belonged to Mamelodi Sundowns who made a clean sweep of domestic honours, which included clinching the Nedbank Cup title on Saturday evening.
So it was no surprise to see the Brazilians dominate all the individual honours after dominating in the South African top-flight.
Shalulile was one of Sundowns' standout performers all season after bagging an impressive 28 goals across all competitions, and he was rewarded with the Players' Player of the Season accolade and the Footballer of the Season accolades.
However, the night also belonged to his Sundowns teammate Jali, who walked away with three awards on the night.
Co-coaches Manqoba Mngqithi and Rulani Mokwena got their hands on the Coach of the Season award after losing out to former AmaZulu tactician Benni McCarthy last campaign.
