Andile Jali is believed to have appeared in court yesterday following an incident, which took place in October this year.
As reported on October 30, Andile Jali was released from police custody after the Mamelodi Sundowns player was charged for assault and malicious damage to property.
"He is alleged to have had come home late, started to shout at the wife who decided to go and sleep in the car to avoid him. He has been released on R1500 bail with conditions that he not return to the marital home. The investigating officer had already confirmed the alternative address," read the National Prosecuting Authority in Gauteng's statement at the time.

However, indications are that the midfielder appeared in court yesterday, December 05, with the NPA since confirming to Siya crew that Jali's court case has since been postponed to next year, January 28, for further investigation.
However, despite Jali facing several court cases, these incidents have not affected the player's football, with the 28-year-old having been included on the bench during Sundowns' CAF Champions League fixture last night, this also coming back from a hamstring injury.
Contacted for more information from the club, Sundowns' Communications Co-ordinator was unavailable for comment.
