Let's take a closer look at what they had to say...

Duncan Crowie's troops suffered a crushing 5-0 loss to Senegal in the U-17 AFCON quarter-finals, ending their chances of qualifying for the U-17 FIFA World Cup.

South Africa qualified as one of the best third-placed teams, thanks to Burkina Faso's 2-1 win over Cameroon.

Amajimbos may have shown plenty of brilliant moments, especially from Sundowns' Siyabonga Mabena and Chiefs' Vicky Mkhawana, but only managed a win against Zambia, suffering defeats to Morocco, Nigeria and Senegal.

Here's how the readers reacted to the "SA U17 Miss Out On World Cup Ticket After Humiliating Loss" story:

"True they were thrown in the Lions den there but if you look at the way they played, the difference is tactical ability, and the awareness those boys [Senegal] have - they are miles ahead of our boys and that goes to the seniors, they'll suffer the same fate in the next AFCON.

"This Senegal team will win this cup, I'm telling you brother. Why is this politician Jordaan still in soccer in SA? But yeah, that's what money does in this country! destroy everything. Shame," says userThautha.

"Let's not blame those boys and the coach. SAFA is to blame here because SAFA should have organised friendly matches for those boys before they go there.

"Friendlies matches must be organised for our national teams now and then to always stay in shape for international matches," says mzizimike25.

Kaizer Chiefs head coach Arthur Zwane discussed why they have every right not to give up on their pre-season goals with two league matches to go.

Sitting in fourth place, four points behind Saturday's opponents SuperSport United in third and six behind Pirates in second, Chiefs' chances CAFCL qualification are slim to none.

One of Amakhosi's goals for this season was to qualify for one of the CAF competitions and Zwane believes its still in their hands if they beat Matsatsantsa on Saturday and win their last game of the season to secure third spot and a CAF Confed spot.

Here's how the readers reacted to the "Zwane Discusses Chiefs' Next Focus That Would 'Change Players' Mindset'" story:

"Let us be honest guys, our current squad is far better than previous one. Look guys, we need a few players maybe 4 or 5, I'm talking about good players the likes of Jali, Kamvuidi, Ighodaro, Mayo and Ohizu, those are the kind of players I'm talking about.

"Look, we still got Nkosingiphile [Ngcobo], Zwane, Tshabalala, Duba and Maart. Mdantsane is coming to add to those players, Msimango and Ditlhokwe are also coming to join.

"Only department we lack is strikers cause Caleb and Saile are doing nothing for the team. Let us give Zwane one more chance with the players I have mentioned," says mlekeleli.

"Who forced you to use youngsters? You're using youngsters as an excuse now for your failure. You can't be rebuilding for 8 seasons man," says Rio Da Khosi.

"I'd be happy if this coach is demoted come end of the season because he had a full season with the players he said are capable of winning silverware," says Ajao wa Lekhosi.

"I wonder which are those things that you did right because your top striker Bheminyama [Bimenyimana] scored seven goals with six penalties. Do you call that good?" says thulasmda.
