'No Player Is Irreplaceable At Sundowns'

'No Player Is Irreplaceable At Sundowns'

The transfer window is just a few days away, and many supporters are waiting to see what happens with those players whose future with their current club is uncertain.

This includes Mamelodi Sundowns star Khama Billiat, whose contract with the Brazilians comes to an end in six months. With Masandawana coach Pitso Mosimane having indicated, on several occasions during post-match interviews, that there is a possibility of him not using the Zimbabwean forward's services come next season, many wonder if the player will still don the Ka Bo Yellow colours beyond the current Absa Premiership campaign.

It remains to be seen whether Billiat will stay at Chloorkop or look to be heading to a new club in the 2018/19 campaign. A Supporters Club member with the username dellah, real name Tshekiso Mokotsi, shared his views regarding Khama's possible departure from Downs. He believes that the team will still do well regardless of Billiat's final fate. Here is how he expressed himself.

Tshekiso: "No player is irreplaceable at Sundowns. We won trophies before Billiat came, when he was around we still won them and we will still win them even when he leaves. This past season we never won any PSL trophies with him around. So that's football. If he stays it's okay, if he leaves it's still okay."

Where do you want to see Billiat play next season?
