'Maybe Both Bobby And Komphela Are To Blame For All The Imperfections At Chiefs'

'Maybe Both Bobby And Komphela Are To Blame For All The Imperfections At Chiefs'

Kaizer Chiefs returned to winning ways when they secured a 1-0 victory over struggling Platinum Stars on Sunday afternoon.

Although the Glamour Boys managed to win, the three points were not good enough to keep them in the Absa Premiership title race as Mamelodi Sundowns extended their lead with victory over Bidvest Wits on Saturday, ending Amakhosi's title hopes.

However, there are still nine points and a top eight spot to play for, especially considering the difference between the Glamour Boys and the other teams at the bottom table.

Supporters Club members have reacted to the Phefeni Boys' win and performance.

"I can't wait to welcome someone who will take us back to our glory days." – rhoozy

"As much as I hate to admit, Komphela is taking Chiefs nowhere. How can you play Zulu and Masilela instead of playing one player amongst them? Katsande can play as a number four or five, then Maluleka as a defensive midfield. Parker was losing every ball but yet Castro, who was playing better, was taken off." – MjepaMjest28

"Steve Komphela must leave us in peace." – briii

"This Komphela Chiefs won't win the Nedbank Cup with this type of performance. It's pathetic! We have no midfield creativity, it hurts to watch Chiefs play." – Mjitha weliKhosi

"Maybe both Komphela and Bobby are to blame for all the imperfections at Chiefs." – Schakos

What did you think of Chiefs' performance against Dikwena?
