Kaizer Chiefs head coach Steve Komphela has dwelled on the factors that he thinks could have contributed to his team's 3-0 loss to Chippa United on the weekend.
The Amakhosi coach stressed on the lack of confidence his players seem to have and how perhaps having played three games in seven days might have been one of the reasons they failed to put up a fight against a rampant Chilli Boys.
Supporters Club member and Chiefs fan keysersoze3 has responded to Komphela's statement.
"Coach, we lose the ball very cheaply. Players lack confidence on and off the ball. We can't win second balls. If we have five defenders, Katsande and Khune, we are still not marking or gaining possession. Why did you bring Tower back to the team? There's no balance, competition or combination.
"The team doesn't have direction, be it in defence, mid or up front. With this type of display, it'll be safe to say your tactics aren't working for you. You nearly converted Molangoane into a defender, now he's a benchwarmer.
"You took out Hadebe and brought in Jayiya, and you took Katsande back to the same mistake you did against Orlando Pirates. When you leave, take Parker, Mathoho and Katsande with to wherever you will be going."
