'Barca Fans Are Hurting More Than Juventus'

'Barca Fans Are Hurting More Than Juventus'

The second leg tie of the UEFA Champions League quarter-final between Real Madrid and Juventus had every football fan on the edge of their seats as what was a most dramatic clash unfolded.

Los Blancos had a 3-0 advantage going into the match, and not many could have imagined the Italians pulling off a comeback and leading by three goals by the 60th minute. It was as if supporters were watching a repeat of AS Roma and Barcelona, during which the Italian side stunned that Catalan giants 3-0 (4-4 on aggregate) and knocked them out of the competition courtesy of the away goals rule on Tuesday evening.

Juve had the Los Blancos supporters on panic for an entire 90 minutes, but just when it seemed like game could go to extra-time, the Spanish giants were awarded a controversial penalty in stoppage time, and it was none other than Real talisman Cristiano Ronaldo who stepped up and netted home to send Los Blancos to the semi-finals of the competition.
