Lyle Lakay has concluded his move from Mamelodi Sundowns and his new club has been confirmed after spending the previous season on loan at Cape Town City.
SuperSport United are the player's new club, as reported by the Siya crew, with the Bafana Bafana defender having penned a two-year-deal.

Lakay, 32, started his career at the Tshwane club with the youth academy and was promoted to the first team in 2009 under the club's current head coach Gavin Hunt.
Having made over 300 appearances in all competitions in his career, the star has won a whopping 10 trophies, including four league titles and three Nedbank Cups.

"I'm very happy to be back where it all started with the same coach that gave me my professional debut. I know the coach's mentality and what the team has achieved before with winning trophies, finishing third last season and winning the league when the coach was here. By saying that, I think we have a good mix of experience and youngsters to try and compete for silverware and I will do my best to try and help the team, but also to help and guide the youngsters," said Lakay, speaking through Matsatsantsa's media department about his return.
