The Siya crew has been led to believe that SuperSport United have agreed a new deal for Botswana international Thatayaone Ditlhokwe, with an announcement set to be made in the coming weeks.
The Botswana national team captain has been in fine form and, to ensure that clubs do not poach the player, SuperSport are believed to have given the player a new contract which will run from the 2023/24 campaign.
The player's current contract is set to expire in June 2023, and it's believed that he may have finalised a new three-year deal with the Tshwane outfit.

The player's value has grown since he joined SuperSport in 2020 from Botswana Premier League side Township Rollers, which is why the Tshwane outfit is understood to have acted quickly to offer him a new deal, with the possibility of rivals showing interest in him.
Ditlhokwe has been one of SuperSport's star performers this season, playing alongside experienced campaigner Thulani Hlatshwayo. This season they have played together in most of the matches for the club and are expected to play an even bigger role in the second half of the campaign as SuperSport are in the race for the title.
Ditlhokwe has made 13 appearances in all competitions for the club and has contributed with two goals. He has played 90 minutes in all matches this season.
