The 32-year-old is expected to play a big role in coach Gavin Hunt's team, which has had a void at centre-back following the departure of Bafana Bafana defender Siyanda Xulu at the end of the previous season.
Speaking exclusively to the Siya crew in confirming the new deal, Sanoka's agent Mandla Mthembu also lauded Galaxy for their role in the player's progress.
"We are proud to have facilitated Sanoka's move. He's been with us for a long – a very loyal and a wonderful character, and this is well deserved for him. It's a two football seasons' contract plus an optional period, and I do not doubt that he'll turn out a success," said Mthembu.
"I must also thank the TS Galaxy family because they've done wonders with Sanoka. I've seen maturity on and off the field from him, and they deserve a special mention," concluded Mthembu.

Hlanti is one of the players whose contracts were not renewed at Amakhosi as part of the big changes taking place under newly-appointed coach Nasreddine Nabi.
